Geometry PBL Part 2

Throughout this week, scholars were introduced to a different quilt square challenge each day. The challenges went something like this:

 
Quilt Square Challenge Day 1

Design a quilt square using only 1 shape.
You may use up to 4 colors.
You may cut the shapes in half.
You may not overlap.
Make 4 quilt squares that are exactly the same.

Quilt Square Challenge Day 2

Design a quilt square using 2 different shapes.
You may use 2 different colors.
You may not cut the shapes.
You may not overlap.
Make 4 quilt squares that are exactly the same.

 
Quilt Square Challenge Day 3

Design a quilt square using different 3 shapes.
You may use any colors.
Use both big and small shapes.
The number of big shapes must be equal to the number of small shapes.
You may use up to 12 pieces. 
You may not cut but you may overlap.
Make 4 quilt squares that are exactly the same.
 
Quilt Challenge Day 4

Arrange your quilt pieces into a square.
Use 9 out of 12 of your squares.
Create a pattern that you can describe.
Each square must have a border.
